I’m known for asking the hard questions and getting to the heart of what’s really holding a business back, and then building what’s missing—whether it’s a brand, a marketing or PR campaign, an app, or an employee success strategy or training. It’s also why I responded to a daunting challenge I’ve heard from businesses across the board: how to find individuals of character with strong soft skills—not just degrees or certifications—and guide them in becoming memorable, irreplaceable employees. My answer? Seagrass, a high-energy, soft-skills training program developed by Octo. Delivered in an escape-room-style environment. Seagrass immerses participants in real-world business challenges under pressure, engaging them emotionally and making knowledge stick. The result? Individuals and teams that think critically, act nimbly, and lead with confidence. I believe that every problem can spark innovation, and I bring that mindset to every client and project—helping organizations solve today’s challenges and prepare for the ones around the corner.
