I am a commercial and brand leader specializing in translating innovative science into high-growth healthcare brands. Over the past two decades I have led brand commercialization, launch strategy and brand transformation across specialty, rare disease and primary care therapies. My experience spans both enterprise leadership roles and advisory work with emerging healthcare companies, with a focus on aligning science, strategy and customer insight to unlock brand growth. At Shire (now Takeda), I served as Vice President and Head of Marketing for the Ophthalmics franchise and helped launch Xiidra, transforming a stagnant dry eye market into a high-growth therapeutic category. Earlier in my career I held leadership roles across multiple franchises including ADHD, neuroscience and GI, helping build and scale several of the company’s most important commercial assets. Today I work with executive teams as a fractional Chief Marketing and Brand Officer, helping organizations strengthen commercial strategy, scale marketing capabilities and prepare for launch or growth inflection points. I am also deeply engaged in advancing women’s health. I serve on the Board of the National Menopause Foundation, where I am helping lead a national rebranding initiative focused on elevating menopause as a mainstream healthcare priority and expanding awareness of menopause care.
