I’ve spent more than 15 years working across global fashion retail, marketplaces, and technology companies — building teams, leading commercial initiatives, and helping organizations rethink how they operate as the industry evolves. My work has always been driven by one core question: How do trends move from culture to product, and from product to scalable business? The traditional fashion model was built around long planning cycles and seasonal collections. Today, the industry is shifting toward real-time demand sensing, faster product development, and more adaptive supply chains. This transformation is being accelerated by AI, social discovery, and new commerce platforms, fundamentally changing how brands connect creativity, data, and production. I work with leadership teams, founders, and organizations navigating this shift — helping them build strategies, systems, and partnerships that enable faster decision-making and more resilient growth.
