Prior to private aviation, during my previous hospitality endeavors, I have: • Leveraged organic marketing including email campaigns, social media, and other influencers to promote all establishments, increase market outreach and brand awareness more efficiently and cost-effectively. • Rebranded, redesigned, renovated, and operated an 11,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment venue to achieve annual revenues of $4M within two years; successfully obtained the first liquor license in NY with a concurrent billiard license. • Opened and grew Long Island’s first micro-brew pub to generate $3.8M annually in fewer than two years and created a wholesale division that supplied 500+ retail locations. • Received the 2004 Architectural Design Award in recognition of creating a negative pressure legal smoking room: a glass atrium in the middle of the venue that enabled guests who smoked to remain engaged and participate in the nightlife experience without leaving the facility.
