My work has included shaping promotional calendar strategy, guiding paid media and lifecycle frameworks, strengthening local store marketing infrastructure, and introducing AI-enabled automation that improves marketing efficiency, visibility, and executive decision making. Recent work includes leading consumer and franchise development strategy for Relentless Brands (ISI Elite Training and Plungehouse), shaping hyper-local competitive strategy for Starbucks in the New York market, and guiding multi-year revenue and retention expansion for IDEA Lab Kids through portfolio-based funnel design. At this stage of my career, I am most energized by opportunities to own growth strategy end to end, align cross-functional leadership around a unified roadmap, and build modern marketing infrastructure that strengthens both brand equity and commercial performance.
