ACHIEVEMENTS ● GO-TO-MARKET: Launched $100M+ Suave & Dove hand hygiene business (from strategy to shelf in 3 months), with P&L ownership. ● COMMERCIAL OWNERSHIP: Grew Suave into Unilever’s fastest-growing hair brand and achieved #1 volume & value share through innovation, a maximized brand portfolio, and culturally relevant marketing campaigns. ● INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS: Opened 1st Unilever Personal Care retail experience (The St. Ives Mixing Bar), driving national awareness and improving natural credentials. Won Women’s Wear Daily “Skin Care Product of the Year.” ● BRAND STRATEGY: Redefined entire St. Ives brand strategy, including new proposition, consumer target, innovation strategy, and style guide to future-proof St. Ives as a Naturals brand and lay the foundation for 30%+ growth in Face. ● TALENT LEADER: United 300+ employees at first-ever PC Summit (planned in 11 weeks, on budget) to align business priorities and boost team energy. Team delivery was later rewarded with a 150% bonus payout. When I’m not building brands, I’m building community: I sit on the Parent Board of Mahwah High School and the Alumni Board of Delta Delta Delta at Syracuse University. I lead a book club and just ran my 1st 5-mile Turkey Trot! I’m also a mom of teens, a big fan of Beat Bobby Flay, and recently went on a travel adventure to Vietnam.
