I turn technical breakthroughs into revenue. 20+ years of building commercial infrastructure for technology companies, from launching Xbox globally at Microsoft and scaling YouTube at Google, to reversing declining businesses into profitable growth. Hundreds of millions in revenue generated across 20+ countries. Today I help deep tech companies that have built something powerful but need traction through GTM strategy, commercialization, and international expansion. Recent projects: ➤ Directed research for a major AI tech company to evaluate how educators, experts, and policymakers view the risks and potential of AI in learning, and delivered a comprehensive positioning and messaging playbook to guide AI-focused product marketing teams across the organization. ➤ Developed go-to-market strategy and execution for a new global pricing and packaging structure at a major cyber security company. Built custom AI tools that accelerated sales enablement. ➤ Led ongoing, monthly research with educators for a major global EdTech platform to analyze how AI tools are being used by educators and students in the classroom. Tested new product features, delivering insights that directly informed the strategic product roadmap. ➤ Advised an AI legal tech startup on product-market fit and identified a critical target audience mismatch that led to a strategic pivot. ➤ Led Series A funding and developing a commercialization strategy based on field-of-use licensing for a frontier, nuclear fusion startup. Current and former clients include Adobe, Apple, Blurb, Comcast, Deuterium Energetics, Disney, Ericsson, Meta, GoDaddy, Google, Twitter, YouTube, Epic for Kids, Bill.com, Creative Live, Mattel, Recruitology, Issuu, Patent Gap AI, Recorded Future, and several startups and SMBs.
