I am a Strategic Brand Architect and Fractional CMO with deep experience building and scaling brands across consumer goods, financial services, and technology. I have worked across B2B and B2C environments, both agency-side and client-side, leading marketing initiatives in international markets (LATAM) as well as hyperlocal campaigns. Through Brandkitect, I help companies clarify their positioning, strengthen their go-to-market strategy, and implement marketing systems that support sustainable growth. Over the course of my career, I have led product innovation, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market execution for some of the most recognizable brands in the Hispanic consumer market. At Novamex, I owned the P&L and full product lifecycle management for flagship CPG brands, including Jarritos, Cholula, Mineragua, Sidral Mundet, and Sangria Señorial. Through product innovation, portfolio optimization, and strategic brand positioning, our team delivered 28% CAGR and over $200M in annual sales. Later, at Epson and Toshiba, I directed 50+ product launches across Latin America, contributing to more than $500M in annual regional revenue. Working closely with product managers, R&D teams, and sales leadership, I helped drive successful market entry strategies, including packaging compliance, localization, labeling, messaging, and integrated go-to-market execution. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how to align global strategy with regional market realities—from regulatory environments and distribution ecosystems to cultural positioning and messaging. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and advanced Italian, and I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, culture, and innovation.
