I began my journey overseeing PPC, branding, events, and messaging for an education organization, where I learned how to craft narratives that move people—not by talking louder, but by speaking more directly to their needs. From there, I transitioned into e-commerce, leading merchandising, lifecycle marketing, promotions, and marketplace strategy. During that time, I drove a 15% revenue lift and grew Amazon performance by 1,450%. I also built cross-functional systems that improved speed, accountability, and the way teams collaborated across digital channels. Agency leadership followed naturally. I partnered with a wide range of SMBs and mid-market brands, managing more than $2M in ad spend and contributing to over $15M in attributable revenue.
