Things I am proud of: 1) Leading the Global Relaunch of Subway, overseeing 12 people and a budget of $15M delivering 12 integrated campaigns in 1 year across both brand & performance marketing. - propelled Subway from #3 to #2 in the Fast Food Category 2) Bringing performance and brand marketing together at Noom to build a long term strategy for growth that delivers on short term sales goals. - Brand investment strategy - 2024 Brand Re-Positioning 3) Re-positioning & Relaunching an iconic US supplement brand - 10X organic social followers - 2X sales in 3months following website & performance marketing refresh 4) Revitalizing the Noom Organic Social Strategy and launching the brand on TikTok 5) Building the first public sector brand “Fit Food” in Kenya and Uganda designed to encourage mums to feed their kids better quality food. - Launched in Kenya, October 2023 and Uganda expected in November 2024 6) Starting a social movement with adolescents in Bangladesh to leverage their purchasing power to demand better quality snacks from the private sector - 1 million adolescents signed up in the first 3 months Need help with your brand marketing?
