I build and scale revenue engines for healthcare services and technology platforms. I started my career building commercial muscle at blue-chip companies like GSK and PepsiCo before moving into PE-backed healthcare, where I have spent the last 15 years building and scaling growth-stage businesses. At CPS, I launched a new division and grew it from 6 to more than 600 hospital and FQHC clients. I started my career building commercial muscle at blue-chip companies like GSK and PepsiCo before moving into PE-backed healthcare, where I have spent the last 15 years building and scaling growth-stage businesses. At CPS, I launched a new division and grew it from 6 to more than 600 hospital and FQHC clients. As Chief Revenue Officer at Roshal Health, I scaled a PE-backed startup to over $45M ARR, led sales, marketing, partnerships, and new service line development, and built a new business line from concept to a nationwide platform operating across all 50 states and internationally. I held P&L responsibility and presented regularly to the board and investor group. I do my best work where something needs to be built, structured, and scaled. Most teams can generate growth. Fewer know how to turn that growth into a repeatable, scalable model. I work directly with founders, CEOs, and investors to build the commercial functions, partnerships, and pricing models that make growth stick. I am hands-on by nature and stay close to execution.
