I have scaled global supply chains, modernized planning and logistics systems, and led enterprise-wide cost and performance improvement initiatives across fashion, consumer goods, and ecommerce. Most recently, I launched OpenCrown, an AI company built by operators, for operators. We are focused on speeding up decision-making, bridging data gaps, and automating the manual, messy work that systems often miss. We are helping teams accelerate landed cost accuracy, automate freight invoice validation, streamline vendor compliance, and eliminate low-value workflows across the supply chain. I am passionate about applying emerging tech to real-world supply chain challenges and thrive at the intersection of process, people, and performance.
