About
I’m a founder and software architect building infrastructure-first platforms for services-driven industries, starting with professional beauty. My background spans enterprise sales, marketplace operations, and hands-on domain expertise. At GE, I served as a Sales Director for gas turbines, working with complex, capital-intensive systems and long sales cycles. At Amazon, I was a Senior Manager in Advertising, leading onboarding and growth for China-based sellers entering the Amazon marketplace. Alongside my corporate experience, I’m a licensed nail technician and have operated and scaled a professional beauty brand (MakarttPro), giving me direct, on-the-ground insight into how independent service providers, creators, and brands actually function day to day. This combination—enterprise sales leadership, marketplace operations, and real-world domain experience—shapes how I build products. I focus on solving structural problems rather than surface-level features, particularly in fragmented, services-driven markets where software must act as infrastructure, not just a tool. I’m currently building Gloora, a platform designed to unify services, creators, and commerce into a single operating layer for the professional beauty economy.
