Both required sleepless nights, blind faith, and an ungodly amount of coffee. I'm the founder of Copylab, a global content agency that helps investment managers and wealth managers deliver great content to their clients. Fund commentary, sustainability reporting, thought leadership ... we make the technical human and the human commercial. Our clients are across North America, the UK, Europe and Asia. I also help UK companies crack the US market, by re-positioning their proposition and articulating their story for US audiences. We focus on most B2B industries, but specifically life sciences, tech, media and professional services companies. And we love working with founders who have something genuinely worth backing but need help making the US sit up and listen. I'm also the Co-Founder of WaveAmp, a wave energy technology company working to make ocean power a viable part of the energy mix. Different industry, same obsession: take something complex and important and make people care about it. The thread through all of it? Storytelling with commercial intent. I believe the best B2B marketing is distinctively human, especially now, in an AI-everything world.
