Over 25+ years, my work has taken place inside complexity — across telecom, technology, and consumer businesses in LATAM and the U.S., often in environments where decisions directly impact revenue, operations, and long-term value. That has included: • Leading growth and transformation across 20+ markets, including expansion between the Caribbean, Panama, and the U.S. • Operating inside $400M+ P&Ls, where decisions directly affected revenue, margins, and positioning. • Driving +30% revenue growth in 12 months, expanding postpaid +35% and gaining +10 pts share. • Leading post-merger integrations, restructuring, and multi-country alignment. A significant part of my work has focused on building new revenue inside existing businesses: • Designing and launching new business lines generating $1M+ in incremental revenue. • Creating monetization models that increased revenue without increasing operating cost. • Developing partnerships and service-based revenue streams that strengthened both customer value and business performance. • Structuring solutions that reduced churn, protected EBITDA, and expanded lifetime value. I’m also a three-time founder, building across different markets: • Genius (Dominican Republic) — built and operated for 10+ years across industries including retail, manufacturing, telecom, energy, financial services, healthcare, and public sector. • Bliss Beautique (Miami) — built from zero in under a year, entering a highly competitive market like Coral Gables with a differentiated positioning and clear value proposition. • Genius Integrate (U.S.) — a continuation of this path, focused on decision structure in moments of growth and transition. Some of the most defining work has been building from zero: • Designed and executed a $52M expansion initiative, generating revenue in year one and reaching 166x ROI • Built a government-backed platform reaching 35% underserved populations, achieving financial sustainability in under 24 months. Across these contexts, one pattern repeats: Growth doesn’t slow down because of lack of effort. It slows down when decisions are not aligned with where value is actually created. That’s when resources get fragmented, priorities compete, and growth starts feeling heavier than it should. My work focuses on that layer — ensuring growth translates into something that sustains, compounds, and creates long-term value. What drives my work is simple: protecting and compounding value through better decisions.
