Rohit Wadhwa is a senior marketing and growth leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand building and revenue acceleration for the IT/BPO services, SaaS and Private Equity (PE) backed services and product companies. Currently, he serves as an advisor and consultant to both early-stage and growth-stage technology companies many of whom are backed by Goldman Sachs, New Mountain Capital, Arsenal Capital Partners and similar. Actively engaged, he contributes to refining product-market alignment, reimagining go-to-market strategies to catalyze expansion into new territories, fortifying brand equity, and crafting initiatives to expedite revenue growth. Prior to that, Rohit was the EVP & Chief Marketing Officer at TI HoldCo, a PE backed logistics provider, responsible for global marketing, communications and growth programs. His primary mission is to design its brand evolution into a tech-enabled logistics disruptor and facilitate growth through the launch of Beon Digital Logistics Platform (SaaS) and its various product offerings. Before that, Rohit was EXL’s (NASDAQ: EXLS) SVP & Chief Marketing Officer where he led a significant brand pivot and drove its evolution into a widely recognized leader in data and advanced analytics, AI-powered solutions and digital transformation. He led a team of over 80 experts across brand, communications, product marketing, performance marketing, account-based marketing, thought leadership, media/PR, digital marketing, events, analyst and influencer relations, inside sales and sales operations - designed to accelerate the growth trajectory and outperform the competition. Early on, Rohit was the General Manager for Wipro, overseeing global strategic marketing for the company’s $1.5B healthcare and life sciences practice. Rohit also worked for Cognizant, as Head of Global Marketing for their digital business, responsible for positioning and product launch strategy. He helped set up Cognizant’s co-creation innovation center in New York City. He also led global marketing and communications for Cognizant’s Healthcare and Life Sciences business (with ~ $3.5B in annualized revenue in 2014) and was responsible for overall marketing strategy, product and solution marketing, client-centric revenue generation programs, and thought leadership to build brand awareness and generate revenue. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and MBA in Marketing from LLIM in Mumbai. He was on ITSMA’s ABM Board, was recognized as an OnCon Icon Top 50 Marketer award winner in 2022 and featured on Fast CMO in 2018.
