HOW I DO IT: - I work on-site as your Outsourced VP of Sales for one, two, or three days per week for an agreed-upon time period. - I execute my deliverables under a written and detailed Scope of Work (SOW) that clearly describes how I implement the infrastructure, discipline, and accountability required to build a high-performance selling team.
