I've seen a persistent gap: companies operate with discipline across their business, but marketing is often expected to drive growth without executive ownership, structure, or accountability. That's why I founded Duplia. The name reflects how I work: marketing and strategy aligned (duplo), side by side with clients as true partners, and focused exclusively on industrial B2B organizations (industria). Today, as Founder and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, I partner with CEOs, General Managers, and Private Equity-backed industrial b2b organizations to align marketing and strategy around measurable revenue outcomes. I believe marketing in industrial B2B isn't a support function. It's a leadership imperative. And when it's treated that way, with the same rigor applied to other critical areas of the business, growth becomes intentional, repeatable, and aligned with business performance. My focus is on: • Executive marketing leadership and governance • Revenue and P&L alignment • Marketing operations and performance systems • Brand architecture, positioning, and strategic communication frameworks • Acquisition integration and portfolio alignment My experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing for the Americas at AMMEGA, where I led marketing and communications strategy across multiple industrial brands, aligning regional teams under one growth vision and strengthening market positioning across North and Latin America. Prior to that, at Emerson, I directed strategic marketing, business intelligence, pricing, and M&A initiatives within the HVACR and Building Technologies divisions. My leadership contributed to sustained double-digit growth, regional integration of acquired businesses, and the implementation of data-driven processes that improved profitability and operational discipline. I work side by side with internal teams and trusted partners to build the structure, accountability, and ecosystem required for disciplined execution.
