I am responsible for the entire growth strategy, prioritization and making sure everything is being executed at a high level. I coach and mentor the internal team, 3rd party vendors and support with some execution. 2. Fully Managed Growth Team I bring in an entire team to handle all strategy & execution. The team is typically 3 people, including myself. We unlock meaningfully more growth by capitalizing on established processes, growth talent and dedicated bandwidth. This is the anti-agency model. We are working across the entire stack and are incentivized by sales/GMV growth — not % of ad spend.
