I help brands drive profitable, sustainable growth by: • Building and modernizing DTC, Amazon, and omnichannel commerce ecosystems • Identifying the highest-impact opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention • Preparing commerce strategy for a world where discovery increasingly happens through AI-driven answers and recommendations • Turning strategy into focused priorities teams can actually execute I’m often brought in at moments of change: scaling a core channel, rethinking the role of commerce in the business, or navigating a key growth inflection point. My role is primarily strategic and advisory, with the ability to flex into more operational support once direction is set and momentum matters. Recent work includes: • Partnering with Arhaus on digital strategy, replatforming, and the continued evolution of their commerce experience • Supporting the CEO at Last Crumb to stand up their marketing + digital capabilities to capitalize on a massive waitlist • Leading go-to-market strategy for Yes Society, a private membership experience for wine collectors from the makers of Antica Terra I also selectively advise and angel invest in early-stage consumer brands. Most recently, I became a partner in GoodOnya, an organic wellness platform, supporting growth across ecommerce, marketplaces, and emerging discovery channels. Increasingly, my work helps brands understand how AI is reshaping discovery, shopping, and decision-making, and how to show up clearly and credibly in that environment.
