About

I'm a brand strategist and marketing executive with 20+ years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies and challenger brands grow, connect, and stand out. Over a two-decade career at imre, I rose to Executive Vice President and helped grow the agency from $3.9 million to a record $50 million in revenue, earning the trust of brands like John Deere, STIHL, Travelers, Stanley Black & Decker, The Home Depot, NFL, Bausch + Lomb, T. Rowe Price, and Dickies along the way. My approach has always been rooted in community-first brand building-creating narratives and activations that drive real connections, not just impressions. I helped develop imre's agency-wide positioning, "We Make Believers," which contributed to the agency's landing on AdWeek's Fastest-Growing Global Agencies list for multiple years. From building global social programs for Fortune 100s to pitching and winning new business across industries, I've learned that the best work happens when creativity and strategy are equally in the room. In 2024, I founded Wild Behavior, a consultancy built on the belief that there's no one-size-fits-all answer to brand growth. I work with clients to develop ownable stories, scalable brand systems, and experimental marketing ideas that shake things up. Sometimes I do the work; other times I find the right solutions for you. Outside of work, I serve on the board of the Friars Golf Foundation and am involved with First Tee Greater Charleston, two organizations close to my heart. I'm always up for a conversation about brand, marketing, or what's next — feel free to connect. How I Help Marketing Leaders: Most marketing help is too big, too slow, or too sure of itself. We start with your problem, not our process. Wild Behavior is a brand solutions practice built for companies that have outgrown generic marketing but aren't ready to hand the keys to a big agency. We bring the right thinking, the right people, and the right partners to every problem, assembled specifically for you. Crack It — find the real problem Craft It — design the right solution Connect It — match it to the right people to bring it to life Your problem is specific. Your solution should be too. Wild Behavior isn't for everyone. We work best with brands that are ready to be honest about what's broken, open to unconventional thinking, and serious about building with impact. If that sounds like you, let's start with a conversation. No performances. No formulas. No bullshit.
