The Track Record Most recently, I spent 12 years at Powerblanket, advancing from Business Development to VP of Marketing and Strategy. That tenure spanned three distinct phases: The Build (2013–2015): Launched a revenue-generating rental division and led new product development, vetting commercial viability for new business lines. The Scale (2015–2022): Took ownership of the marketing function, scaling revenue from $6M to $20M+ (230% growth) and architecting the go-to-market strategy that supported a strategic acquisition by Thermon (NYSE: THR) at a premium valuation multiple. The System (Post-Acquisition): Integrated the commercial engine into the corporate parent. The systems, team, and playbooks I installed have driven continued double-digit growth and record profitability post-exit, proving the durability of the model.
