Create a highly automated marketing machine with a guiding principle of making things as easy as possible for the customer. Never stop trying to make it perform better. 3. Track everything, but boil it all down to the 2 or 3 numbers that really matter. Everyone in the company should know what those numbers are, all the time. 4. Build out channels that make money and can grow really big. Put all of your energy into those and stop wasting time on dozens of other things that won't move the needle. Most importantly, craft a team that believes in all of this with every cell in their body. Put in the time to hire well, always teach and develop, and fire swiftly when it's the right call to make.
