I’m a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Brand Officer who helps companies turn marketing into a measurable revenue engine. Collaborative, curious, and community-minded by nature, I enjoy challenging conventional wisdom, legacy processes, and convenient solutions to complex problems. My work is grounded in a belief that effective marketing sits at the intersection of human insight, creative thinking, and data-informed decision making. I often describe my approach as Performance + Persuasion—the ability to not only define strategy, but to activate it in ways that drive real business outcomes. Too often, organizations over-index on one and underperform on both. Over the past several years, I’ve worked closely with multi-location restaurant brands and consumer brands to improve the core drivers of growth: traffic, average ticket, frequency, and channel performance. Recent work includes: • Driving +23% same-store catering sales and +32% loyalty revenue for a fast casual restaurant brand • Growing loyalty membership +41% (+20K+ members) while increasing AOV and transaction frequency • Scaling third-party delivery with +25% sales growth • Improving paid media efficiency (+15% ROAS, +25% attributed revenue) and growing eCommerce revenue +47% • Implementing CRM and lifecycle marketing systems (Olo Engage, GoHighLevel, HubSpot) to improve retention and owned-channel performance. My background is somewhat unconventional for a CMO. I started on the creative side of advertising as an art director and creative director, which allows me to connect brand, content, and performance in a way that’s often missing in traditional marketing organizations. I’m fluent in content production and understand when to leverage AI tools for scale—and when original creative is required to break through. I believe deeply in empathy for the end user. Data is essential, but brand marketing devoid of human truth and emotion is simply noise. I’ve worked across a range of industries—Restaurant (QSR + Fast Casual), Hospitality, E-commerce, Sports, SaaS & Hardware, Manufacturing & Logistics, Healthcare, IT, Travel & Tourism, Automotive, & Non-Profit. Today, I typically partner with companies that need to: • Get unstuck and accelerate growth • Modernize their marketing strategy • Build or restructure marketing teams & tech stacks • Improve ROI across paid, owned, earned, and local channels • Scale content production utilizing AI and better workflows I’m also a mentor, an active supporter of non-profits, and a Big Green Egghead.
