I lead marketing, product, and go-to-market teams for technology companies that need senior strategic leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive. As the founder of Radiant Marketing, I provide fractional CMO services across the full spectrum of tech: B2C and B2B, hardware and software, consumer-facing and enterprise, regulated and mass-market. Health tech is a particular focus. Through Radiant Marketing, I have worked with D2C medical devices, surgical robotics, and digital cardiology care companies, navigating both consumer and physician marketing in regulated categories. This builds on earlier hands-on experience in the space: launching the first truly wearable breast pump at Willow, and leading digital marketing for Jawbone's health and fitness tracking products. My broader client roster spans enterprise access technology, B2B SaaS, drone software for government and public safety, and emerging consumer tech, with companies including HiHello, Nexkey, Centinus, and NatureEye. My work centers on what moves the needle for clients: clear positioning and messaging, scalable marketing infrastructure, accelerated customer acquisition, and high-performing internal teams. I am deeply data-driven, with a track record of new product launches, market research, and integrated go-to-market execution across both B2B and B2C models. Before founding Radiant Marketing, I held progressive marketing leadership roles in consumer and enterprise technology. I began leading digital channels and eCommerce, grew into full marketing ownership as a Vice President, and ultimately took on cross-functional responsibility spanning marketing, product, and go-to-market strategy. That path gave me fluency across the full marketing stack, from demand generation and brand to product launches and team building. I started my marketing career at The Nielsen Company, where I managed mobile research initiatives and built products for the mobile phone industry, and at Lexicon Marketing, where I founded the market research practice and translated customer insights into growth strategies. I hold an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from UC Santa Barbara. My pre-MBA background in finance and accounting, including passing the CPA Exam, gives me a fluency in business fundamentals that informs how I approach marketing as a revenue driver, not a cost center.
