I build growth engines that increase enterprise value. For more than two decades, I’ve led marketing and commercialization at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and consumer markets—driving double- and triple-digit growth for Fortune 100 companies, PE-backed platforms, and venture-scale businesses. I’m often brought in when a company has proven product-market fit but stalled growth, an underperforming marketing function, or a board asking: “Why isn’t this converting into revenue and valuation?” My work focus: • Clarifying the market narrative so the business earns attention and pricing power • Building B2B2C go-to-market engines that connect brand, demand, sales, and utilization • Using data, AI, and governance to tie marketing directly to revenue and shareholder value I’ve led marketing organizations at Amazon Health, Teladoc, MDLIVE, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Abbott, and Kaiser Permanente, launching new healthcare categories, scaling utilization, expanding nationally, and supporting two IPOs and multiple acquisitions. Across those roles, my teams have: • Grown businesses from sub-$300M to $1B+ • Driven 300%+ growth through marketing-led expansion • Increased utilization from <1% to double-digit adoption • Built GTM frameworks now used across payers, employers, and health systems I also serve as a board member and advisor to PE and VC firms, helping leadership teams translate marketing strategy into measurable enterprise value- especially in regulated, complex healthcare environments. My perspective is shaped not just by boardrooms, but by where I started. I grew up in public housing with food insecurity and no financial safety net. I learned early that credibility is earned through preparation, facts, and follow-through. That experience still informs how I lead: collaborative, direct, and relentlessly focused on outcomes. Today, I’m focused on senior CMO, fractional CMO, and board roles with PE-backed or growth-stage companies ready to scale responsibly, where marketing isn’t a cost center, but a value creation engine.
