About

I've spent 20+ years building commercial systems for consumer, lifestyle, and tech businesses, from early-stage startups to scaled DTC and subscription models. My background sits at the intersection of growth strategy, brand, and product marketing, with a consistent focus on the full user journey: how you acquire the right people, what you promise them, and whether the product actually delivers on that promise. What I do well is build. I'm most effective when the commercial infrastructure is still being defined, creating the frameworks, narratives, and operating models that take a business from concept to traction. I've done this across health and wellness, consumer electronics, and lifestyle, and I've learned that sustainable growth comes from getting the story and the experience aligned, not just optimizing top-of-funnel performance. A few things that are directly relevant: I scaled a VC-backed consumer tech company from $3M to $42M in revenue by building the acquisition-to-retention system from the ground up, which helped support a $50M Series B. I've owned subscription economics end-to-end, not just retention campaigns, but the lifecycle architecture, the onboarding design, and the value realization moments that determine whether someone stays. And I've worked in science-adjacent categories where the discipline of clear, credible messaging matters as much as reach. I've led teams of 5 to 35 and managed budgets from $1M to $150M, but I tend to measure my contribution less by team size and more by what gets built. I'm drawn to mission-driven companies in a growth phase, where the work is meaningful and there's still a lot to figure out.
