I’m a strategic communicator and fractional Chief Marketing Officer who helps mission-driven organizations bring clarity, confidence, and consistency to how they tell their story. I partner with small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofits, especially those without a full marketing or communications team, to strengthen their voice, align messaging with mission, and build systems that make communication easier and more effective. Whether it’s guiding strategy, coaching leaders, or rolling up my sleeves to get the work done, I become part of the team and help them move forward with focus and purpose. My expertise includes strategic communications, public and media relations, storytelling, crisis communication, and leadership training. I’m especially passionate about helping those on the front lines (EMS, fire, police, healthcare, and government) feel confident and prepared to communicate during critical moments. I believe good communication starts with listening. I love connecting with people, hearing their stories, and helping them share what they do and why it matters. That curiosity and connection are what drive meaningful engagement and real impact. Outside of work, I’m a mom, traveler, and explorer who loves great conversation (preferably over a cup of coffee).
