ABOUT ME: I'm a seasoned marketing strategist and operator bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with CMO/COO-equivalent experience, for purpose-driven consumer brands. My passion lies in helping brands scale to their next level of growth. It's knowing the consumer, building a meaningful brand, and scaling profitably with integrated GTM plans. MY APPROACH: I specialize in scaling brands with calm clarity and operational rigor. I believe in having a sound strategy, clear positioning, and key priorities to drive execution with an empowered team. I deliver the impact of a seasoned executive without the cost of a full-time CMO. My approach transforms complex challenges into actionable, integrated plans that drives growth. MY JOURNEY: I began my career consulting for Fortune 100 companies, but post-Duke MBA I discovered my true passion for purpose-driven brands at Burt’s Bees. There, I helped launch internationally, and eventually led marketing as it expanded into new channels, categories, and evolving consumer. Over my career, I have been a trailblazer for growth, often stepping into newly created roles. While most of my career has been in marketing, 5+ yrs were in general management, including digital transformation and supply chain operations, that help drive my end-to-end decision-making.
