At Winning by Design (WbD), I partner with founders, CEOs, CROs, and investors to turn growth plans into how the business actually runs day to day. The focus is not tactics in isolation, but how acquisition, retention, and expansion work together when incentives, process, and leadership behavior are aligned. When growth stalls, the issue is rarely the team. It is usually the way the business is designed to grow. My role is to help leadership teams diagnose where their revenue engine stops compounding and rebuild it so it holds up under scale, scrutiny, and change. I bring more than two decades of operating experience across enterprise and high-growth software, including Oracle, Salesforce, Databricks, and private equity backed companies. I have owned the number, led global teams, and worked closely with boards in moments where predictability matters most.
