I enjoy taking calculated risks, failing quickly and delivering innovative marketing strategies to meet customers where they are. Past Roles included VP of marketing at Workrise and Talroo, both Talent marketplaces where I built the marketing functions from scratch. I also had a senior leadership role at Enverus, an energy SaaS company. My passion projects include speaking on podcasts and at SXSW on marketing, women in leadership and my first-generation American experiences. I advocate for diversity, trust and a high degree of psychological safety in organizations. Outside of work, you can find me in the garden, hiking with my two cute pups or trying new things around town. I love traveling and had a goal to get to 40 countries before 40. The pandemic happened and I made it to 26, but I'll keep at it. I was fortunate enough to work for a semiconductor company in my 20s and had the opportunity to go to Asia 10 times during my tenure there.
