I’ve held CRO and commercial leadership roles across the US, and EMEA, and now advise founders and boards on how to build high-performing commercial functions that last—while avoiding the costly mistakes that can stall growth. Currently, I’m the Executive Director at GBx, supporting the next wave of ambitious UK founders scaling into the US. I also work with mission-driven tech companies as a fractional CRO and board advisor and have recently joined Odyssey Ventures as a Venture Partner. What drives and excites me?
