Much of my current work and network are concentrated around connecting and growing leading solutions within franchise and multi-location businesses, as well as finance and accounting platforms and ecosystems. I often act as a connective layer—bringing together operators, solution providers, and strategic partners to accelerate adoption, growth, and expansion. Rather than operating as an outside advisor, I embed into the business and operate as part of the leadership team—aligning growth strategy with real-world execution. My role flexes across strategy, execution, partnerships, and leadership depending on where growth leverage is needed most.
