Overview
I build brands that scale—from Fortune 500s to startups—by connecting strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional execution into momentum that drives real growth. Over two decades, I've led marketing across travel, hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, and tech. My approach is rooted in full-funnel marketing and integration: connecting the dots across brand, product, sales, pricing, and customer experience so they amplify each other. When done right, 1 + 1 becomes something far greater than 2. Today, as President of Grace Creative LA, I lead an advertising agency focused on helping brands
About
I build brands that scale—from Fortune 500s to startups—by connecting strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional execution into momentum that drives real growth. Today, as President of Grace Creative LA, I lead an advertising agency focused on helping brands connect authentically with the largest emerging market hiding in plain sight: people over 50—especially women, who make the decisions, drive the spending, and influence everyone else. Three things that define how I work: ✺ I'm a connector — finding the throughline between people, ideas, and opportunities and turning them into something bigger than the sum of their parts. ✺ I'm a problem solver — I dig into the why behind the challenge, read what's unsaid, and find solutions that work for the business and the people driving it. ✺ I'm a builder — of teams, brands, and businesses that last and matter. Great leadership means creating environments where people do their best work and feel invested in the outcome. I don't believe in standing still. The best ideas come from staying curious, asking better questions, and being willing to evolve. I'm a Tufts and UCLA Anderson grad, a founding member of CHIEF, a Board Advisor for Screen Sanity, and a Leadership Council member at A Place Called Home. And I'm a proud mom of three teenage daughters who keep me fluent in Gen Z while I help brands connect with the generation footing the bill—their parents.
