I'm a think-big executive who gets energized by what hasn't been done yet, with a track record to show for it. I co-founded Sellwin, Amazon's first joint venture with a global holding company (Dentsu), built joint business plans across a dozen markets, and invented new team structures and roles. I led go-to-market frameworks that scaled across corporate, startup, and nonprofit environments. My 8 years at Amazon Advertising spanned every major vertical and the full product suite: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, audio, video, and AWS-integrated solutions. After years of building at scale nationally and globally, I made an intentional choice to take more ownership of my time. Today I work with a small number of brands and teams I believe in. Right now that means Luminary Retailers, a Denver-based Amazon beauty agency I'm proud to be part of. The team is sharp, the mission is clear, and they care about their clients in a way that's rare. I'm their fractional Chief Growth Officer, and it's exactly the kind of work I want to be doing. I'm a natural problem solver who asks a lot of questions before recommending anything, because the real need is rarely the stated one.
