About

I built a successful career in tech marketing for PayPal, Under Armour, and NP Digital, where I scaled pipelines, optimized revenue and content engines, and delivered measurable growth. Along the way, I realized the same skills that fueled tech could accelerate mission-driven innovation, so I intentionally pivoted my career toward solutions that create lasting positive impact. What I Do & Why • As Fractional CMO at Spirion, I align communications, demand generation, ABM, and content strategy to deliver measurable pipeline growth in highly regulated industries. • As Head of Growth at Eristem, I support early-stage founders with GTM strategy, investor communications, and scalable frameworks for early stage mission-driven founders. • I serve as National Marketing Chair for Cleantech Open, the nation’s largest cleantech accelerator, where I lead marketing and communications to increase trust, awareness, and engagement. • I serve on the board of Circular San Antonio, working to advance circular economy solutions at the community level. Results • $20M+ in marketing-attributed pipeline delivered for startups and growth-stage companies. • Increased conversions by 200% at Terra.do and grew SaaS pipeline from $500K to $2.7M in two quarters at Rock Content. • Achieved 27% YoY growth in TCV at NP Digital by shifting to a content-first growth model. • Reduced CAC by 30% and annual costs by $390K through operational optimization and smarter vendor management. What’s Next for Me I am seeking an in-house leadership role where I can unite marketing and communications to scale growth, strengthen brand positioning, and inspire trust across stakeholders. I want to join an organization where I can accelerate impact, build strong teams, and create lasting results. I believe marketing and communications are force multipliers for innovation, helping ideas scale into meaningful impact.
