Led the vision and implementation of Wicked Reports software at Mindful Health Life - not only for the clean cross-channel attribution for ad spend, but to create OKR and KPI dashboards and transparency across departments. Increased 60-day customer lifetime value (LTV) by 7% by engineering data models for 30, 60, 90+ day LTV and then optimizing the customer relationship strategy. Improved average order values and conversion rates by 5-20% by implementing new branding, site structure and CRO strategy. Empowered culture and 15% boost in Care sales: Built an incentive program & dashboard for reps, who could also now see each customer’s journey and make better product recommendations. Enabled Rainmaker Adventures to onboard 2 additional $1M per month clients with no additional hires by successfully integrating software for both internal and client-facing communications and project management. Played a key role in the $8M net turnaround for Agora’s Health Sense Media in 2017 while also boosting the customer base by 36%. Developed the KPIs and SOPs, then recruited and trained the marketing and ops teams as Agora Financial grew from $50M to $350M in 5 years.
