I build and fix growth. As a fractional CMO and advisor across startups and SMBs, I help teams go from “we’re doing a lot of marketing” to “we have a system that actually drives revenue.” Most of my experience in this space sits in the 1-100 phase, where positioning, channel strategy, and execution either click or break. In building my own businesses in health tech (2x), e-comm, and a marketplace for fractional executives, I experienced first-hand what works (and what doesn't) going from 0-1, which is so different from scaling.
