That’s where I learned and lived the Kaizen principle. Small improvements. Daily. Relentless. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve built and led community-based businesses focused on execution, accountability, and growth. One of the earliest was Metrofly, an event company designed to connect people while raising money for meaningful causes. Since 2005, I’ve helped entrepreneurs and corporate leaders execute better through Success Circles. Members work in peer-momentum Braintrust partnerships that turn goals into actions and actions into results. In 2008, I launched Process to Profit, a system for simplifying and scaling online marketing. Product launches. Lead generation. Sales. Joint ventures. We’ve led multiple six-figure launches by keeping strategy simple and execution tight. More recently, I launched BreakthroughEngineer.com and AI Better Labs (AIBL) to help small businesses use AI practically. Less hype. More leverage. Better decisions. I’m known for blending peak performance, gamification, and accountability into systems that actually get used. Personal Note I’m married to an incredible woman who pushes me to be better every day. My favorite role in life is being Dad to our daughter Jasmine and son Ethan. That perspective shapes everything I build.
