I reported directly to the CEO, and worked closely with both the CTO and CFO. • I've been the VP of Sales for a VC-backed Silicon Valley SaaS company. I reported to the CEO, and regularly interfaced with the Board of Directors. • I was also the VP of Business Development for a VC-backed Silicon Valley Enterprise Software company. I reported to the CEO and Board (for M&A). • I was directly responsible for the sale of SmartDB Corp. to Rocket Software.
