I've worked both in-house and agency-side, balancing the ambition of a big idea with the discipline required to get it into the world. Along the way, I’ve built and led teams that don't silo, bringing strategy, creative, media, and product together to move together to get ambitious work into the world. A few highlights: Partnered with TikTok’s entertainment sales org to drive 59% YoY revenue growth as senior advisor to studio and streaming C-suite leaders. Led marketing at Machinima through a period of 2x MAU growth, 2.1x increase in agency win rate, and its acquisition by Warner Bros. Helped launch AppleTV+.
