My work typically centers on building clear go-to-market strategies, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue through disciplined execution. Today I work with select companies in leadership and advisory roles to help accelerate growth through enterprise partnerships, global distribution, and effective commercialization strategies. Recent work includes: • Leading revenue strategy for VersaClimber, an iconic performance fitness brand with more than four decades of industry leadership • Advising AI-QuantumX on commercialization strategy for next-generation AI infrastructure and network optimization technologies • Supporting companies in developing strategic partnerships across enterprise platforms, telecommunications providers, defense contractors, and international distributors Across these engagements, the focus is consistent: • Scaling revenue and enterprise partnerships • Translating complex technologies into clear commercial opportunities • Building distribution networks and strategic alliances • Aligning financial strategy with operational growth My experience spans both performance brands and advanced technology platforms, including AI infrastructure, telecommunications, enterprise technology, and consumer product commercialization. I occasionally take on a limited number of fractional CRO or strategic advisory engagements with companies seeking to expand revenue, partnerships, or market positioning.
