I lead with calm, coach with intention, and bring humor to every room I walk into — because high performance and a good laugh aren’t mutually exclusive. My teams tend to stick around, grow fast, and do their best work. Purpose-driven work isn’t a side project for me. Whether it’s launching an Autism@Work hiring program with an 80% placement rate, leading digital access initiatives for the City of Tampa, or building partnerships that fund workforce development — I show up just as hard for impact as I do for pipeline.
