I've always been drawn to the challenge of building something from nothing. It lights me up. At Merrill Lynch, I built and scaled an entirely new team and business line in response to Dodd-Frank regulation—managing 10+ direct reports globally and serving institutional clients like BlackRock, Blackstone, and PIMCO. At Trinet, I created their VC/PE channel sales strategy for the Midwest from scratch and exceeded 200% of quota in less than a year. But it wasn't until I became a venture investor that I found my real calling. I was working with portfolio founders every day, and I kept seeing the same gaps: amazing products and brilliant teams whose growth was stalled by missing or inefficient revenue systems. They needed a strategic thought partner who was also willing to roll up their sleeves and build alongside them. That's why I founded Amplify Group in 2022. Today, I work as a fractional CRO/CMO for B2B SaaS startups (<$10MM ARR), offering something unique: enterprise-level sales and marketing expertise combined with a startup operator's perspective on what actually drives growth. I specialize in helping founders graduate from founder-led sales by building the right foundation across marketing, sales, customer success, and revops.
