About
I build things that matter: companies, brands, systems, and coalitions. For more than 20 years I’ve worked across marketing, AI, healthcare, legal, finance, agriculture, and public-sector strategy. The through-line is simple. Take something complex, unclear, or chaotic and turn it into something that works. My path isn’t linear. It’s multidisciplinary. I’ve scaled startups, led enterprise teams, built my own companies, and advised CEOs, policymakers, and community leaders. I translate ambition into execution with data, strategy, and creative clarity. I work where industries collide: AI and public policy, tech and agriculture, storytelling and systems design. I connect dots other people don’t see, then build the infrastructure, messaging, and momentum that make those connections real. My current focus: • Advancing AI literacy and real adoption. Through Nebrask.ai, we’re building the tools and training to make Nebraska the most AI-literate state in the country. We consult with organizations on custom AI systems, automation, and enterprise adoption. I also speak nationally on AI, leadership, and the future of work. • Running for Nebraska State Senate (District 18). I’m running because the cost of living keeps rising while state government drifts. Voters deserve someone who understands business, technology, and day-to-day reality and can translate that into policy that works. My focus is simple: tax clarity, strong schools, and practical innovation that strengthens families and keeps Nebraska competitive. • Driving solutions that strengthen communities here and abroad. From ag-tech and water innovation in Ghana to small-business growth and workforce development at home, I work on initiatives that demand collaboration, creativity, and clear translation across sectors. What I’m known for: • Making complexity simple • Seeing patterns early • Building brands that convert and endure • Designing systems that actually work • Speaking plainly about what matters • Creating alignment and momentum I lead with clarity, direction, and a bias for execution. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, policy, and technology because that is where real solutions live. Every project, partnership, or initiative I take on has the same goal: build something stronger than what existed before. Whether it’s a startup, a public initiative, or a movement, I focus on alignment, impact, and results.
