My work focuses on infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI systems, and operational alignment, particularly in capital-intensive projects where early technical decisions have long-term cost and risk implications. My role is to help leadership make clear, well-sequenced decisions about where systems create leverage, where they introduce risk, and how they support the broader business. Systems and Technology Advisory I work with leadership to define how AI and modern systems fit into the organization as part of an operational model. Different functions operate under different constraints, and effective systems design respects those realities while enabling collaboration and accountability. Where off-the-shelf platforms fall short, I'll advise on custom system design and integration. AI is layered in only after ownership, handoffs, and governance are clearly established. In practice, knowing where not to automate is often more important than knowing how. Infrastructure, Security, and Execution In high-visibility environments, technology decisions must be resilient, secure, and scalable from the start. I'll advise on IT infrastructure, data architecture, and cybersecurity with an emphasis on reliability under real-world conditions. When appropriate, I work hands-on with production systems, including modern AI models, API-driven workflows, and automation platforms. I favor deterministic automation where reliability is critical and apply agentic AI selectively where it delivers clear value. My approach is straightforward: protect the business, support the vision, and ensure technology enables outcomes without introducing unnecessary risk.
