After starting my career as a retail buyer at Bloomingdale's and then shifting to the wholesale side of the ecosystem, I bring a unique multichannel perspective to the consumer business. That foundation from my paratrooper training has translated from delivering results for these companies that make me as proud to be a consumer industry leader as I am of being a U.S. Army Veteran. Some of my proudest accomplishments professionally include: - Originated the Capezio dancewear brand M&A opportunity with PE firm Argand Partners and drove value creation through operational enhancements and growth initiatives post-acquisition. - Expanding PE-backed DTC to wholesale, achieving +175% revenue lift for Mack Weldon in the wholesale channel. - Fueling $1B in sales for iconic consumer brands Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein (PVH Corp) leading a post-acquisition turnaround, adding $3M EBITDA. - Doubling U.S. revenue while lifting EBITDA by 16% for Hugo Boss If you ask me, there is nothing more rewarding than diving into a struggling business and emerging with a streamlined, high-performing operation.
