I’m a marketing leader with 20+ years of experience building go-to-market strategy and growth programs for startups and growth-stage companies. My background spans global advertising agencies, where I supported brands across 70+ markets, to in-house leadership at a $500M healthcare MSO, to working closely with Seed through Series A startups as they define positioning, gain traction, and raise capital. I’ve operated across both B2B and B2C environments, with a focus on turning ideas into clear, executable marketing. Today, I work as a Fractional CMO, partnering with founders and executive teams to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market across content, partnerships, events, and community. I’m the founder of Brands x Humans, a marketing partner to companies at different stages of growth. I’m also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of gWen, a platform supporting female founders across the Southeast, and a co-producer of Seed The South, a startup capital summit that brings together founders and investors in Charlotte. I tend to get pulled in when things feel unclear or stuck. My job is to simplify, focus, and help teams move...while bringing in some energy into the mix!
