Prior to that, I held the position of Director, Global Social Media at Indeed, where I owned the social media strategy, program growth, and execution while rebuilding the program with a new operational structure, creative focus, and pushing boundaries. My work at Vrbo (formerly HomeAway), an Expedia Group Company, as a Senior Manager, Global Social Media gave me experience driving the strategic direction and performance of global social media programs, comprised of 10+ countries, and 50+ social media channels, under the Vrbo umbrella. My experience includes developing scalable, product, audience, and channel initiatives to increase engagement, drive awareness, grow traffic and channel revenue. I have built global measurement programs to align social channel and program objectives and ensure measurement of the work that we do on Social Media. I am passionate about people management and have led teams of 10+ across North and South America, EMEA and APAC, providing coaching and mentorship to junior employees and improving efficiency while growing the social media programs.
