I reversed 10 years of decline in Rioja, delivering 18% retail growth and 248% eCommerce growth. I scaled a cannabis operator from 2 to 11 markets in 24 months and helped grow brands from 200K to 2 million cases. I bring Fortune 500 discipline with startup execution speed, across P&L, three-tier distribution, brand positioning, and commercial strategy.
